A meeting of the Hornell Area Industrial Development Corporation was held on April 25, 2019, at 5:17 PM.

MINUTES

The minutes of the 12/20/18 meeting were presented by Secretary Carbone. A motion was made by Dave Parmley, seconded by George Prete to approve the minutes as presented. Carried All.

FINANCIAL REPORTS

Treasurer Dave Parmley presented the financial report for the months of December, January, February and March that had been e-mailed to the Board prior to the meeting for their review. A motion was made by John Carbone, seconded by George Prete to approve the financial reports as presented. Carried All.

AUDIT COMMITTEE

Audit Committee – Chairman of the Audit committee, George Prete, reported that the Audit Committee had met on several meetings from 1/9/19-4/10/19 and approved bills for December in the amount of $4,000.00, January $21,783.80 and March $3,350,00. A motion was made by Dave Parmley, seconded by George Prete, to approve the actions of the Audit Committee. Carried All.

PERSONNEL COMMITTEE- No Report.

GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE- No Report.

CEO REPORT- No Report

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:22, upon motion
from Dave Parmley, seconded by George Prete. Carried All.
