The quarterly meeting of the Hornell Area Industrial Development Corporation was held on Thursday, May 1, 2014, at 5:15 PM, at 40 Main Street, Hornell, NY.

PRESENT: Samuel Nasca, Chairman
George Prete, Vice Chairman
David Parmley, Asst. Treasurer
Shawn Hogan, Treasurer
Joseph Foreman, Secretary

Chairman Nasca called the meeting to order at 5:15 PM.

MINUTES

Secretary Joseph Foreman presented the minutes of the March 14, 2013 meeting. A motion was made by George Prete, seconded by Dave Parmley, to approve the minutes as presented. Carried All.

FINANCIAL REPORT

Treasure Shawn Hogan, presented the financial reports for the months of March, April, May, June, & July as audited by our accountants Mengel, Metzger, & Barr. A motion was made by Joseph Foreman, seconded by Dave Parmley to accept the financial reports as presented. Carried All.

COMMITTEES

AUDIT COMMITTEE

George Prete, Chairman of the Audit Committee stated the committee met on 8/22/13 and approved bills for March, April, May, June, and July in the amount of $6,019.51. A motion was made by Shawn Hogan, seconded by Dave Parmley to accept the audit report as presented. Carried All.

Personnel Committee – No Report

Governance Committee – No Report

2014 BUDGET

The 2014 Hornell Area Industrial Development Corporation Budget, due in PARIS by 9/30/13, was presented to the Board by Executive Director Griffin for approval. After discussion, a motion was made by Dave Parmley, seconded by Shawn Hogan to accept the 2014 budget as presented. Carried All.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:30 PM upon motion from George Prete, seconded by Dave Parmley. Carried All.
