The quarterly meeting of the Hornell Area Industrial Development Corporation was held on Friday, March 16, 2012, at 3:15 PM, at 40 Main Street, Hornell, NY.

PRESENT: Samuel Nasca, Chairman
George Prete, Vice Chairman
David Parmley, Asst. Treasurer

Chairman Nasca called the meeting to order at 3:18 PM.

MINUTES

In absence of Secretary Joseph Foreman, Chairman Nasca presented the minutes of the December 23, 2011 meeting. A motion was made by George Prete, seconded by Dave Parmley, to approve the minutes as presented. Carried All.

FINANCIAL REPORT

In absence of Treasure Shawn Hogan, Chairman Nasca presented the financial reports for the months of January, February, March 2012. A motion was made by George Prete, seconded Dave Parmley to accept the financial reports as presented. Carried All.

COMMITTEES

There were no committee reports at this meeting.

NEW BUSINESS

The 2011 Hornell Area Industrial Development Corporation Audit was presented to the Board for approval. After discussions, a motion was made by Dave Parmley, seconded by George Prete to approve the 2011 Audit as presented. Carried All.

Executive Director Griffin presented the PAAA & PARA compliances for 2012 review by the Board. There being no changes or comments, the polices were accepted upon motion from George Prete, seconded by Dave Parmley. Carried All.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:30 PM upon motion George Prete, seconded by Dave Parmley. Carried All.
