Meeting Minutes

June 24, 2010

A regular meeting of the Hornell Area Industrial Development Corporation was held on Thursday, June 24, 2010, at 5:30 PM, at 40 Main Street, Hornell, NY.

PRESENT

Samuel Nasca, Chairman
George Prete, Vice Chairman
Dave Parmley, Asst. Treasurer
Shawn Hogan, Treasurer

ABSENT

Joseph Foreman, Secretary

James W. Griffin, Consultant, CEO
Wanda White, CFO, Admin. Asst.
John Dagon, Attorney

Chairman Samuel Nasca called  the meeting to order at 5:30 PM.

A motion was made by Shawn Hogan, seconded by Dave Parmley to authorize donations of $2,000 to the Chamber of Commerce for the Annual trip to a Buffalo Bills Game for disadvantaged children, and donation of $575.00 to the Mike McMahon Scholarship Fund. Carried All. A motion was made by Prete and seconded by Dave Parmley to reimburse CHIDA $260.00 for a donation to St. James Foundation. Carried All.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:40 PM upon motion by Dave Parmley, seconded by George Prete. Carried All.
