Meeting Minutes

July 28, 2010

A regular meeting of the Hornell Area Industrial Development Corporation was held on Wednesday, July 28, 2010, at 1:45 PM, at 40 Main Street, Hornell, NY.

Chairperson Nasca called the meeting to order at 1:45 PM.

MINUTES

In absence of Secretary Foreman, Chairperson Nasca presented the minutes of the 6/24/10 meeting. A motion was made by Dave Parmley, seconded by George Prete to accept the minutes of the 6/24/10 meeting. Carried All

FINANCIAL REPORT

Treasurer Shawn Hogan presented the financial reports for the months of April, May, and June. A motion was made by Shawn Hogan, seconded by Dave Parmley to accept the financial report as presented. Carried All.

AUDIT COMMITTEE

Audit Chairperson George Prete presented the Audit Report for July stating that the Audit Committee had met 7/28/10 and approved bills in the amount of $5,575.00. A motion was made by Shawn Hogan, seconded by George Prete to approve the actions of the Audit Committee. Carried All.

GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE

OLD BUSINESS

None

NEW BUSINESS

Griffin asked the Board for support of the Scholarship fund for the Short Brown Memorial of $1500.00 and enter two teams @$260.00 each. A motion was made by Dave Parmley, seconded by Shawn Hogan to support the Scholarship fund by $2,020.00. Carried All

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 2:00 PM.
