Meeting Minutes

December 16,2015

A meeting of the Hornell Area Industrial Development Corporation was held on December 16, 2015, at 5:50 PM.

PRESENT: Samuel Nasca, Chair
George Prete, Vice Chair
Shawn Hogan, Treasurer, CFO
David Parmley, Asst. Treasurer
Joseph Foreman, Secretary

ABSENT: None

ALSO: James Griffin, Executive Director
Margaret Frungillo, Administrative Assistant
John Dagon, Attorney
Chuck Peacock, CSS Workforce NY

Chair Samuel Nasca waived the minutes of the September 17th meeting and the financial reports for September, October & November until our next scheduled meeting.

NEW BUSINESS

Executive Director Griffin asked the Board to renew contracts totaling $4,000 with the Hornell Humane Society, Salvation Army, World Ministry, and Turning Point. Griffin stated that we have contracted with them for the last three years. A motion was made by George Prete, seconded by Joseph Foreman to contract with the above organizations. Carried All.



There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:55 PM.
