Meeting Minutes

December 16, 2010

A meeting of the Hornell Industrial Development Corporation was held on December 16, 2010, at 6:15 PM, at 40 Main Street, Hornell, NY.

PRESENT: Samuel Nasca, Chair
George Prete, Vice Chair
Joseph Foreman, Secretary
Shawn Hogan, Treasurer

ABSENT: Dave Parmley

ALSO: James Griffin, CEO, Executive Director
Wanda White, CFO, Administrative Asst.
Andrew Poole, Reporter, Evening Tribune

The meeting was called to order at 6:15 PM by Samuel Nasca, Chair. A motion was made by Shawn Hogan, seconded by George Prete to waive the Agenda. Carried All.

A Resolution to expense charitable contributions in the amount of $4,000 for Hornell Salvation army, Turning Point Hornell, Steuben County Rural Ministries, and Hornell Area Humane Society. A motion was made by George Prete, seconded by Shawn Hogan to approve the resolution. Carried All.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:30 PM.
