The monthly meeting of the City of Hornell Industrial Development Agency was held on Wednesday, April 25, 2012, at 3:00 PM, at 40 Main Street, Hornell, NY.

Chairman Nasca called the meeting to order at 3:00 PM. A motion was made by Secretary Foreman, seconded by David Parmley, to accept the 3/16/12 minutes as presented. Carried All.
In absence of Treasurer Hogan, the financial report was waived until the next meeting.
AUDIT COMMITTEE
In absence of George Prete, Chairman of the Audit Committee, Chairman Nasca reported that the Audit Committee had met on 4/25/2012 and approved bills in the amount of $60,517.32 for the month of April. A motion was made by Dave Parmley, seconded by Joe Foreman to approve the actions of the Audit Committee. Carried All.

CEO's REPORT
Executive Director Griffin informed the Board that the Developer who is interested in the property at 38-40 Main Street has not closed a deal as of yet. Griffin will keep the Board informed.
Griffin also stated he had a request from Alderman Jeff Brown on replacing the fencing on William K. Jackson Lane. Griffin stated that property owners would be responsible for the maintenance of the fencing. A motion was made by Joseph Foreman, seconded by David Parmley to have Griffin seek proposals for the approximate 300 foot fencing and return to the Board for approval. Carried All.
A motion was made by David Parmley, seconded by Joseph Foreman to enter into Executive Session under Public Officers Law, Article 7, Open Meeting Law, Section 105, Paragraph D. Carried All.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:30 PM upon motion from Dave Parmley, seconded by Joseph Foreman. Carried All.
