Meeting Minutes

March 15 ,2018

The regular meeting of the Hornell Area Industrial Development Corporation was held on Thursday, March 15, 2018, at 1:30 PM.

Dave Parmley, Treasurer, CFO
John Buckley, Assistant Treasurer
John Carbone, Secretary

Chairman Nasca called the meeting to order at 1:35 PM. Chairman Nasca reported that there was a quorum for the meeting as required by the by-laws.

Secretary Carbone presented the minutes of the December 14, 2017 meeting. A motion was made by John Buckley, seconded by Dave Parmley to approve the minutes of the 12/14/17 meeting. Carried All.

Treasurer Dave Parmley presented the financial statements for December, January and February that had been e-mailed to the Board prior to the meeting for their review. A motion was made by John Buckley, seconded by John Carbone to approve the financial report as presented. Carried All.

COMMITTEE REPORTS

Audit Committee – Chairman of the Audit committee, George Prete, reported that the Audit Committee had met on 1/15/18 and approved bills for December in the amount of $16,723.56 and met in March and approved $600.00 for February. A motion was made by John Carbone, seconded by Dave Parmley, to approve the actions of the Audit Committee. Carried All.

PERSONNEL COMMITTEE- No Report.
GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE- No Report.
CEO REPORT- No Report



There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:40, upon motion
from John Carbone, seconded by Dave Parmley. Carried All.
